Jeremy Allaire
Chief Technology Officer, Macromedia. Jeremy is instrumental in guiding Macromedia's product direction and is the company's primary technology evangelist, responsible for establishing key strategic partnerships within the Internet industry. Jeremy was the founder and former chief technology officer for Allaire Corporation, which merged with Macromedia in March 2001.

Jeremy Clark
Jeremy Clark is the Macromedia Flash Product Manager. In this role, he is responsible for defining, driving, evangelizing and implementing releases of the Macromedia Flash authoring environment. Clark has been involved with Web design and multimedia tools since the Web's first days in 1994. Before joining the product management team, he worked as a senior Web designer and Macromedia Flash developer for Macromedia.com and art director for Shockwave.com. He is technically proficient in Macromedia Flash, FreeHand, Dreamweaver, Fireworks and HTML, and has a keen interest in usability and user interface design. He has also given numerous presentations at Web-focused conferences such as CNET Builder and FlashForward.

Clement is the designer behind mano1.com. His clients range from Gooey to How magazine, from the state of Florida to French president Jacques Chirac. He also runs FutureProducers.com, a resource site and community for musicians. Winner of three Macromedia Site Of the Day awards, Clement is passionate about design and technology, and is profiled in the book New Masters of Flash.

Kevin Lynch
President of Macromedia Products and Office of the President. Lynch joined Macromedia in 1996 and has been instrumental in forming Macromedia's Web strategy. Aiming to create practical, powerful, and enjoyable Web authoring solutions, he defined and led the development of Dreamweaver, now the market leading professional HTML editor. As president of products, Lynch is responsible for developing Macromedia's award-winning family of software and solutions.

Joe Marini
Founder, Lepton Technologies, a third-party development company. Former Senior Software Engineer, Macromedia, where he was one of the architects of the Dreamweaver Extensibility mechanism. Prior to Macromedia, Joe was responsible for the extensibility architectures of several other popular software programs, such as mFactory's mTropolis multimedia application and Quark Inc.'s QuarkXPress.
