Registration Confirmation
Registration is confirmed by mail or e-mail. Registration for pre-registered attendees and walkups will open the morning of Wednesday, July 21 at 7:30 a.m. in the Grand Ballroom Foyer of the Sheraton Hotel & Towers.
Photo Release
From time to time we use photographs of conference participants in our promotional materials. By virtue of your attendance at this event, Fawcette Technical Publications, Inc. reserves the right to use your likeness in such materials.
Speakers
The speakers listed on this Web site are leading professionals in their respective fields. Should a speaker be unable to attend the conference, all efforts will be made to replace that faculty member with one of comparable experience and qualifications.
Cancellation Policy
You may transfer your conference registration to another person within your organization at any time by notifying us in writing. If you must cancel, notify the conference registrar in writing by June 9, 2004 to receive a refund, less a $150 cancellation fee. Cancellations made after June 9 as well as "no-shows" are liable for the full registration fee.
In the event that Digital Design World is cancelled by FTP, registration fees only will be refunded. Cancellations of travel reservations and hotel reservations are the responsibility of the attendee.
Other Special Policies
Children under 18 years of age are not permitted at the conference. No cameras or recording devices are permitted in the sessions. FTP will record portions of the conference program, and audio clips will be available on the Virtual Conference Web site.
