Chris Hagenbuch has over 12 years of IT industry experience, with 10 years of multiphased and full life-cycle, distributed N-tier development on multiple platforms with multiple RDBMSs. Having held the titles director of engineering, principle enterprise architect, and senior developer, he has considerable experience and exposure to a wide variety of technologies, due diligence efforts, system architecture, design and integration, functional prototyping, full life-cycle system development at all stages, heterogeneous development environments, change management, and SEI and CMM models, RUP, and SCRUM, among other process-driven methodologies. Chris also has several years of project management experience at both the team, project, and program level including financial performance and P&L experience, and he has given various presentations at symposiums and to senior (C-level) executives. Guy Hoffman is a successful emerging market strategist with over 20 years of executive and venture capital experience. Prior to joining Metallect as its president and CEO, Guy served as a venture partner for TL Ventures, a leading venture capital firm with $1.4 billion under management. At TL Ventures, Guy sourced and managed investments in information technology and communications and served as a board member of several software companies including b-there.com (acquired by StarCite), DigitalWork, Factory Logic, and Participate Systems. He also assumed interim CEO positions in multiple portfolio companies. Previously, Guy held CEO positions at Deja News Inc. and iSong.com as well as senior management positions at OpenConnect Systems and Eicon Technology Corporation. Andrew Nash, CTO of Reactivity, was formerly the director of technologies at RSA Security and led RSA’s efforts within the Liberty Alliance on the Strong Authentication Expert Group to create a model for industry-wide, open, and strong authentication systems. He is a known leader in PKI and Web services security markets and the coauthor of numerous Web services specifications including WS-Security, WS-Trust, WS-Federation, WS-SecureConversation, and WS-SecurityPolicy. Andrew is an author of an RSA Press book on Public Key Infrastructure (PKI), a member of the OASIS Web Services Security TC, and was chairman of the PKI Forum Technical Working Group. Andrew has been a key technology leader at both RSA Security and Digital Equipment Corporation. He graduated from the University of Adelaide, Australia, and holds a post graduate degree in software engineering from the University of Technology, Sydney.

Neeraj Sangal was the founder and CEO of Tendril Software, which was acquired by BEA/Webgain. The Tendril product, StructureBuilder, was at the core of Webgain's model-based development strategy, and Tendril pioneered in UML models for Java—being the first to come up with seamless code and model synchronization capability. Tendril was also the leader in applying this capability to the creation, verification, and deployment of Enterprise JavaBeans (EJB). Neeraj was also previously founder and CTO of Metrix Network Systems and was responsible for the creation of the NetMetrix suite, an award-winning application for network monitoring and analysis. Metrix was acquired by Hewlett Packard (HP). At HP, Neeraj eventually headed up a development organization located at three different geographical centers. He focused on management practices, software process improvements, and the use of tools for running an effective distributed development organization. Neeraj holds an M.S. in computer engineering, an MEng in electrical engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, and a B.S. in electrical engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology. She is currently director of product management for the OpenEdge Division of Progress Software, a global industry leader providing application infrastructure software for all aspects of the development, deployment, integration, and management of business applications. Shari was also director of product management and marketing for the NuMega Lab of Compuware Corporation, delivering DevPartner development and debugging tools for Java and Microsoft development. In her 12-year tenure at Hewlett-Packard and Apollo, Shari held a number of positions working on graphics, developer tools, and CORBA-based technologies, but never strayed far from her development roots. Shari holds an MBA from Boston College and a BS in computer science and mathematics from Binghamton University.
