Registering for Java Pro Live! is quick and easy. Simply use one of the four methods below to sign up today.
We make registration flexible for you with a choice of conference packages. Select either the two-day conference package for access to all sessions and activities on September 13-14, or choose the three-day package to add a full-day of pre-conference workshops. Plus, when you register by the Super Early Bird deadline on July 13, you will automatically save $300 off the Standard Registration price. Alumni
Have you attended previous FTP Conferences? If so, we would like to extend a special offer to you, as a valued member of our alumni family. Simply register by the Early Bird deadline of August 10 and check the alumni discount box. We'll take $50 off your registration price, plus, you could qualify for additional alumni perks. Corporate Savings
Bring your colleagues and we'll extend even greater savings to the group. To qualify, all registrations must be paid on the same transaction with a corporate check or corporate credit card. Registration will be confirmed by e-mail. You'll receive a short text message as soon as payment has been received and your registration has been processed. This e-mail will include the package you have selected, the amount you have paid, and serve as your receipt for the conference. Please bring this to the onsite check in desk the first day of the event.
A more comprehensive e-mail message will be sent closer to the conference start date. It will include information about onsite check in, agenda updates, and more. On-site check in will open the morning of September 12, 2005. Exact times and location within the Westin Horton Plaza will be announced with the follow up e-mail message.
The speakers listed on this Web site are leading professionals in their respective fields. Should a speaker be unable to attend the conference, all efforts will be made to replace him or her with one of comparable experience and qualifications. We are constantly working on improving the quality of our conference products. If the opportunity arises we may add conference sessions and workshops to the posted line up to enhance the schedule and provide you a better product.
Early Bird Deadline
We encourage early registrations and will even discount the package you choose if you sign up by this date. Our conferences do sell out, and registering in advance helps ensure your spot. The Early Bird deadline is August 10, 2005.
Transfers & Cancellation
You may transfer your conference registration to another person within your organization at any time by notifying us in writing. If you must cancel, please notify the conference registrar in writing by the Early Bird deadline: August 10, 2005. You will receive a refund for the package you chose, less a $150 USD cancellation fee. Cancellations made after the Early Bird deadline as well as "no-shows" are liable for the full registration fee. In the event that the conference is cancelled by FTP, Inc., registration fees only will be refunded. Cancellations of travel reservations and hotel reservations made directly with the hotel are the responsibility of the attendee.
Hotel Cancellation
If you are unable to attend for any reason, you are responsible for canceling your own room reservations directly with the hotel at least 72 hours in advance of check-in, or you will be subject to penalties and fees by the hotel.
Special Requirements
If you foresee any special requirements while attending Java Pro Live! (dietary, access, or otherwise), please contact the conference registrar at 800-848-5523 (or 650-378-7100 ) at least one month in advance, and we'll do our best to accommodate your wishes.
Photo Release
From time to time we use photographs of conference participants in our promotional materials. By virtue of your attendance at Java Pro Live!, Fawcette Technical Publications, Inc. reserves the right to use your likeness in such materials. And More…
Children under 18 years of age are not permitted to enter or attend any of the conference. No cameras or recording devices are permitted in the sessions at Java Pro Live! FTP will record portions of the conference programs, and audio clips will be available on the Virtual Conference Web site.
