("FTP"), their affiliates, subsidiaries, and any person working on the product, project, or promotion, advertising and promotional agencies, and the immediate family members of each are not eligible. 2.

How to Enter
To be eligible for this Contest, you must register with FTPOnline and select the "Yes, I want to register for the 15th Anniversary Contest" option. If you are registered with FTPOnline already, log in by the deadline and choose this option from the Member Center.

3.

Program Description
Contestants will compete for prizes by correctly answering trivia questions submitted on weekly deadlines. Contestants will earn points for each correct answer submitted by that week's deadline. Answers submitted after the deadline will not be counted. Winners will be selected based on the number of points earned during the Contest Period, in descending order, with the Grand Prize requiring the highest number of points. In addition, one contestant each week will be selected in a random prize drawing based on all eligible entries received during that week.

4.

Entries
All entries must be received via the electronic form provided in the FTPOnline Member Center, which will be available September 1, 2005. FTP assumes no responsibility for lost, late, or misdirected entries or any computer, online, telephone, or technical malfunctions that may occur. All entries become the property of FTP and will not be returned. FTP will tally all point totals. Determination of winners by FTP is final and cannot be appealed.

5.

General Conditions
Entrants agree to abide by the terms of these official rules and by the decisions of FTP, which are final and binding on all matters pertaining to the Contest. This Contest is governed by the laws of the United States. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. Prize winners may be required to execute an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release within seven (7) days following the date of attempted notification. Non-compliance within this time period may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. Return of any prize/prize notification as undeliverable may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. Entrants further grant to FTP the right to use and publish their proper name and state online, in print, and in any other media in connection with the Contest. Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for FTP to use winners' names and likenesses for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation unless prohibited by law. By entering, participants release and hold harmless FTP, their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability or any injuries, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the Contest or any prize won.
