Out Of Office Reply does not work
I'm running Exchange 2000 on a Server 2000. Out of the 100 or so people in the office, only two people have a problem where their Out of Office Assistant does not reply to incoming emails. I checked my virus scanner as well as my firewall. All service packs are up to date. I also have the option selected to allow out going automated responses. Out of Office Assistant works both internally and externally because I tested it in both situations with a different client PC and it worked. It is not PC specific because it doesn't work properly for them even if I do it from another PC. They have nobody else who receives their email. Also, they have no rules, except to forward the email to an AOL account when they are out of the office, which btw...works. The only person who doesn't seem to be working has no rules at all. I'm getting pretty desperate at this point. Does anyone have a solution or path to get me started on so I can go and attempt to figure this out? I've already exhausted all my usual search engines. This appears to be a real challenge.
